Every country follows different legislative regulations for the issuance of State Visas. Some of the countries are lenient for the publication of business visas and other tourist visas. Other countries impose several restrictions and conditions on the issuance of any permit. At present, obtaining a Turkish visa is a natural process. It’s easier to get a Turkish visa for Saudi Arabian citizens than others. Are you interested in securing a Turkish electronic permit? Here is how to get a Turkish visa for residents of Saudi Arabia.
How to apply for a Turkish E-Visa as a Saudi Arabia Citizen
If you are a Saudi Arabian Resident and planning to visit Turkey, we have good news for you. You can now get an online visa to Turkey easily and quickly. Fill up the application form, enter personal information and other visa requirements, and apply for Turkish e-Visa online. It left a positive impact on visa processing times, as well as reducing the headache to stand in line for a paper visa. Especially as Covid-19 lockdowns continue, it is faster to apply for an e-visa.
Through an easy to follow system, citizens of Saudi Arabia can have a Turkish e-visa in minutes for themselves and their families. This method is faster than paper applications, and almost applicable as many days as a normal visa. It is also more affordable than a paper application. You can apply for it on the official e-visa system operated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on https://www.evisa.gov.tr/
Your e-visa will be for multiple-entry, so that you can visit the country for business, then return for vacation or vice versa!
If the duration of 90-day-stay on your e-Visa expired within 180 days as of your first entry date, you can reapply for an e-Visa 180 days later starting from the first entry date. If you spent some part of the duration of 90-day-stay on a multiple entry e-Visa within 180 days as of your first entry date and the rest expired after 180 days elapsed as of the first entry date, it is possible to reapply for an e-Visa. Anyway, please keep in mind that you may stay in Turkey for up to 90 days in every 180 days starting from the first entry date.
Can I apply for a Turkish e-visa for my family?
You can apply for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 applicants for a family. Your family members must originate from the same country, and their travel documents and dates must be the same, but family members are not required to enter Turkey on the same date.
When using the e-Visa system, the link to create a group application can be found upon selecting the country of origin and date of arrival to Turkey. Group leaders should provide a single e-mail address to be used for the group application. The Foreign Ministry will then send a sample excel file and a user guide to the provided email address. After the list is uploaded, the Foreign Ministry will send a confirmation email with a link. This link must be clicked on within 1 hour to proceed, otherwise the application will time out. A lump-sum payment can be made after this stage. Upon receiving the payment, the Foreign Ministry will make the e-Visas available for download. If requested, a payment receipt will be issued under the name of the company which is applied on behalf of the applicants.
