Citizens of Palestine wishing to enter Turkey must carry a passport or a travel document as a substitute for a passport with an expiration date at least 60 days beyond the “duration of stay” of their visa, e-Visa, visa exemption, or residence permit. Depending on your nationality, there may be additional requirements. On the e-visa portal, you will be informed of these requirements after you select your country of travel documents and travel dates.

Ordinary passport holders are required to have a visa to enter Turkey. Ordinary passport holder Palestine citizens with a valid Schengen members or USA, UK, Ireland visa or residence permit, provided that certain conditions are fulfilled, may obtain 30-day single-entry e-visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr. Diplomatic passport holders are exempted from visa for their official or touristic visits up to 90 days in any 180 days. Holders of other types of official passports are required to have a visa to enter Turkey.

Fees for e-Visas obtained via the e-Visa website (www.evisa.gov.tr) are lower than the fees for visas obtained upon arrival to Turkish airports. Information regarding visa fees can be found on the website of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

E-Visa

Through an easy to follow system, Palestine citizens can have a Turkish e-visa in minutes. This method is faster than paper applications, and almost applicable as many days as a normal visa. It is also more affordable than a paper application. You can apply for it on the official e-visa system operated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on https://www.evisa.gov.tr/ 

Required Documents for Paper Visa Application for Palestine Citizens

You can apply for a normal Turkish visa through the nearest Turkish Embassy or Consulate in your country of residence. Palestinians can not apply for a visa on arrival when they land in Turkey. You must get an e-visa or a normal visa before you get on the plane. 

The validity of the passport should not be less than 6 months upon application.
