Locus Residences consists of 3 blocks that include 170 residential units and eight commercial units. The residential units in the project are available in sizes of 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1. The 1+1 units are in between 59 m2 and 65 m2, 2+1 units are ranging from 102 m2, and 112 and 3+1 units are in between 124 m2 and 135 m2 in size. Each residential unit is designed to be extremely comfortable. They are made with high-quality materials, technological advances as well as balconies. Locus Residences uses smart home systems in each residential unit for the residents to control everything in their house from their phones.
